The following will explain the secret work order.

1. Click on "Jobs Pipeline"

Click on Jobs Pipeline

2. Look for the Specific Job with the Work Order in Question

Look for the specific job you want to send

3. Click on the Three Dots on the Specific Deal Card

Click on the three dots over the specific job

4. Open the Proposal

Open the View Proposal

5. Click on "Work Order"

Click on Work Order

6. You Can View the Secret Work Order

You can either View Secret Work Order

Sending the Secret Work Order Via Email:


7. Or, You Can Send the Secret Work Order Via Email

Or you can Send Secret Email

8. You Can Send It to an Existing Employee or a Subcontractor

You can either select an existing employee or a subcontractor as the recipient.

9. Or You Can Manually Enter a Specific Email

Or you can type manually a new and specific email

10. After Editing Your Email, Hit the โ€œSendโ€ Button

After editing your email then hit the send button

Sending the Secret Work Order Via Sms:


11. You Can Also Send the Secret Work Order via Sms

Or you can also Send Secret SMS

12. You Can either Select an Existing Employee or a Subcontractor as the Recipient for the Sms

You can either select an existing employee or a subcontractor as the recipient for the sms

13. Or Click on "Manually Enter a Phone Number" and Click "Send"

14. You Can Also Send a Secret Link for Your Internal Sharing

Click on Copy Secret Link
