1. Find and Click on the "Invoice" Tab
Go to the left side of your screen, and it will be under the "Management" section.
2. The Invoice List View Will Be Displayed
3. From the "Search" Bar, You Will Be Able to Search Any Existing Invoice by the Customer’s Name, Invoice Number, or Proposal Number
4. Invoices Can Be Filtered as Well Based on the Current Status
From here, you will be able to filter your invoices based on if they are opened, paid, or partially paid invoices.
5. Also, Invoices Can Be Filtered by an Exact Value for the Total Amount, Current Balance, or Paid Amount
First, select which type of value you would like to filter your invoice by.
Then, select the criteria that will apply to that value type. You can search by equal (=), higher (>), or lower (<) values.
Finally, set up the value in the amount field, and then click on ‘Search.’ Or, click on ‘Clear’ to reset all filters.
6. In the "Status" Column, You Will See the Status for Each Displayed Invoice
7. In the "Customer" Column, You Will See the Customer's Name for Each Displayed Invoice
8. In the "Proposal Name" Column, You Will See the Proposal Number Related to Each Displayed Invoice
9. In the "Invoice ID" Column, You Will See the Invoice Number That Identifies Each Displayed Invoice
10. In the "Amount" Column, You Will See the Respective Amount for Each Displayed Invoice
At the very bottom, you will find the sums of all the values of this column, according to the filter or search method.
11. In the 'Paid' Column, You Will See the Already Paid Amount for Each Displayed Invoice
At the very bottom, you will find the sums of all the values of this column, according to the filter or search method.
12. In the "Balance" Column, You Will See the Remaining Balance for Each Displayed Invoice
