1. Find and Click on the "Jobs Pipeline" Button
Go to the left side of your screen. It will be under the 'Dashboard' section.
2. Locate Your Customer’s Deal Card in the Jobs Pipeline
3. Click on the Invoice Number Displayed on the Deal Card
4. The Invoice Menu Screen Will Be Displayed. Once There, Click on the "Customer View" Button
5. The Customer View Will Now Be Displayed, Showing Exactly How the Invoice Will Appear When Your Customer Receives It
At the top of it, your company information, as well as your customer information, will be displayed.
Here, the invoiced items, prices, and descriptions will be displayed.
Any included optional items will be displayed too.
6. The Total Amount Invoiced for the Job Will Be Displayed at the Bottom of the Invoice
If any taxes were applied to any invoiced service, the amount for those will be displayed here.
7. Just Below the Total Amount Invoiced, a Section With Already Made Payments Will Be Displayed
The description for that payment, and the date when it was made, will be displayed as well as the remaining balance for the invoice.
8. The Amount Due and the Available Payment Options Will Be Displayed at the Top of the Invoice
If you linked your Stripe account to your DripJobs account in your Company Settings, the 'Credit Card' and 'ACH' buttons will be displayed as well, with the respective processing fees stated. If you need help setting up Stripe, click here.
