Note: Be Sure Alternative Payments Are Enabled in Payments Under Company Settings
Enabling Alternative Deposits on Proposals
1. Once in the Proposal, Scroll Down and Click On the "Settings" Tab
2. In the Proposal Settings, Search for the 'Deposit' Box, Then Click On "Add"
3. A Menu Will Be Displayed. There, Select If You Would Like to Set a Fixed Amount for the Deposit or a Percentage Calculated Based on the Total for That Proposal
Once done, click on "Save."

4. To Allow Your Customer to Pay for the Deposit Through an Alternative Payment Method, Toggle On the "Allow Alternative Payment" Toggle
5. Alternative Payments Will Now Be Enabled
Customer Approval of the Proposal
1. In the Proposal View, Your Customer Can Click On "Approve and Pay Deposit"
2. A Screen Will Appear, Prompting Them to Accept Your Terms and Conditions, Sign, and Confirm Their Signature
3. On the Same Screen, They Will Scroll Down to Find Payment Options for the Deposit and Select "Pay With Other"
Then, the instructions to complete the deposit payment through this method will be displayed.
Note: These instructions can also be adjusted in Payments under Company Settings.
4. To Accept the Proposal and Agree to the Displayed Instructions, Your Customer Will Click On "Approve & Pay"
An email notification will be sent out informing you that the customer would like to pay offline/alternatively for their deposit.
Accepted Proposals: Requesting Payment and Marking It as Received
1. Once Accepted, the Proposal Will Be Under the 'Project Accepted' Stage in the Jobs Pipeline
2. An Invoice Will Be Automatically Generated. Click On the Invoice Number to Open the Invoice Screen Menu
3. At the Invoice Screen Menu, an Automatic Payment Request Will Be Generated for the Deposit
4. To Send the Payment Request for the Deposit, Click On "Send Request"
In the displayed screen, scroll down, and at the bottom, click on "Send" to send the payment request.
