1. Click on "Chat" Within the Left Hand Menu
2. Navigate Through the Conversation List and Select the Desired Customer
3. Click In the Text Box and Input the Desired Message
4. Click the Send Icon
5. The Message Sent Will Appear With a Time Stamp
6. Easily Send a File/Photo by Clicking the Plus Icon
After clicking, your computer's file explorer will be pulled up automatically. Simply select the desired file and click "Open."
7. Once Open, the Image Will Appear In the Chat Window
The file can now be sent like a typical message. Alternatively, if the wrong file was selected, you can delete it. Use the small "X" icon next to the image to remove it.
8. The File Will Now Appear in the Chat Window
