Uploading PDF files to Customer Portal

You will learn how to upload the documents that your customers will see in the proposals.

1. Click on 'Company Settings'

2. Click on 'Customer Portal'

Click on 'Customer Portal'

3. Click on 'Browse' in the Field you Would Like to Update

4. Select Your File

Select your file

5. Your File Will be uploaded

Your File Will be uploaded

6. Click on 'Save'

Click on 'Save'

7. This Is Where Your File Will Be Located

Click on Insurance

To Delete the file...


8. Click on 'Customer Portal'

Click on 'Customer Portal'

9. Click on 'Delete'

Click on 'Delete'

10. Click on 'Customer Portal'

When you delete the file, it will redirect you to Company Information

Click on Customer Portal

11. The File Will no Longer Show, Confirming it has Been Deleted
