How to Use the "Appointment-Start-Time" and "Appointment-End-Time" Keywords Within a Drip

The following will explain how to use the new appointment start and end time keywords.

1. Click "Drips" on the Left Hand Side

2. Click on "Estimate Scheduled"

3. Click on "Default" from the Drop Down

3. Select the sequence that you will be working on

5. Delete the Highlighted Fields Below

We will be replacing this with Keywords from the bank of options seen below the text message template.

6. Click to Copy {appointment-start-time}. Then, Paste Next to "Time:" in Both Templates

Once you have selected where you would like to place the copied text, press Ctrl and V simultaneously on your keyboard to paste or simply right-click on the mouse and select "Paste."

7. Once Copied, the "Copied to Clipboard!" Confirmation Message Appears

8. Click to Copy {appointment-end-time}. Then, Paste Next to "Time:" in Both Templates

Once you have selected where you would like to place the copied text, press Ctrl and V simultaneously on your keyboard to paste or simply right-click on the mouse and select "Paste."


9. Confirm Proper Spacing and Add a Dash "-" Between the Keyword Sets


10. Click "Preview Email Drip"

13. Save the Completed Changes

Click on + Add Custom Stage…
