1. Start in DripJobs to Disable Current "Job Completed" Review Requests
Optionally, if you would prefer to leave both request systems active, you may do so by proceeding directly to step 8.
Please keep in mind that leaving both requests on will mean the customer receives all requests from DripJobs and NiceJob.
2. Click on "Drips"
3. Click on "Jobs Pipeline"
4. Click on "Project Complete"
5. Click on "Review Request"
The Drip Sequence will then appear to the right.
6. Click on the Three Dots on Each Drip, Then Click "Disable"
Repeat for all review request Drips.
7. Confirm That "Disabled" Appears on All Drips in the Sequence
8. Click on "Zap"
9. Click on "Trigger"
10. In This Window, Type "DripJobs" and Select the Option Below
If you see multiple options, look for the DripJobs Logo as seen below.
11. Click "Choose an event"
12. Type "Project Completed" in the Search Bar and Select "Project Completed"
13. Click on "Select" Under Account
14. Click "Connect a new account"
If you see your account listed, simply click it. Proceed to step 21.
15. You Will Need Your "API Key" From DripJobs
16. Click on "Company Settings"
17. Click the "Integrations" Tab to Locate the Zapier API Key
18. Click on "Copy"
Navigate Back to the Zapier Pop-Up Window
19. Paste the Copied API Key in the Box
20. Click on "Yes, Continue to DripJobs"
21. Confirm All Fields Are Populated Correctly
22. Click on "Continue"
23. Click on "Test trigger"
24. Click on a Project
Each project listed will contain records from DripJobs. You will use these records to determine the data that will be passed over to NiceJob.
25. Confirm This Project Has the Customer Data Needed by Scrolling Down
The connection will need things like "Customer Name", "Phone Number", and "Email Address".
26. Click "Continue with selected record"
27. Type "NiceJob" in the Search Bar and Select "NiceJob"
28. Click on "Action event"
29. Type in the Search Bar "enroll" and Select "Enroll Contact"
30. Click on "Sign in"
Clicking this will take you to an authentication screen for NiceJob.
The NiceJob Authentication Screen Should Appear
31. Confirm the Account and Click "Allow"
32. The Selected Account Will Now Appear
33. Click "Continue"
You Will Now Configure Everything by Selecting the Campaign and Data to be Pulled Over to NiceJob
34. Click "Choose value..."
35. Click on "Get reviews"
36. Click on Add for the "Email" Field
37. Search for the Matching Data Set in the Pop-up Window
38. Repeat for the Remaining Fields
Disregard the "Position" field. This can be left blank, as it refers to the position of the customer in the company.
