1. First Disable Review Request Drips within DripJobs - Next Click "Drips"
*Please keep in mind that if these steps are skipped, the customer will receive review requests from both DripJobs and Review Harvest.
2. Click on "Jobs Pipeline"
3. Click on "Review Request"
4. Click on the Three Dots
5. Click on Disable
6. Repeat for the Second Review Request
7. Click on "Zap"
8. Click on "Trigger"
9. Type Dripjobs in the Search Bar and click "DripJobs"
10. Click on Search and select an event
11. Type Project Completed and Select the Matching Option
12. Select or Connect your DripJobs Account
This may already be populated if you have connected your account previously. If it is not listed, you will need to connect your account by following the next few steps.
13. This Window will Appear when Connecting a New Account
You will need to head over to DripJobs to retrieve your API Key.
14. Click on "Company Settings"
15. Click on "Integrations"
16. Click on "Copy"
Head Back to the Zapier Pop-Up Window
17. Paste the Copied API Key into the Text Box
18. Click on "Yes, Continue to DripJobs"
19. Double-check that the Fields are Populated, then Click "Continue"
20. Click on "Test trigger"
21. Click on a Record Listed
Search the data on the left for an email address and phone number. These will be needed later for the Review Harvest portion of this connection.
22. Click on "Continue with selected record"
23. Type Review Harvest in the Search Bar Click on "Review Harves"
24. Click on "Choose an event"
25. Click on "Send Review Request"
26. Connect your Review Harvest Account
This may be populated if you have used it previously within Zapier. Otherwise, you will need to connect a new account like you did for DripJobs.
27. The Review Harvest API Key is Now Required
28. Click on "Integrations" Near the Bottom Left
29. Click on Manage Integration
30. Click on Copy
Head Back to the Zapier Pop-Up Window
31. Paste in the Designated Field and Click on "Yes, Continue to Review Harvest"
32. Click on Continue
33. You Will Now Map the Required Data from the Record by Selecting the "+"
34. Click the Appropriate Matching Data from the Record for Each Required Field
35. Once All Required Fields are Populated, Click on "Continue"
36. Click on "Test step"
37. Click on "Publish"
38. Click on "Jobs Pipeline"
39. Drag and Drop a Test Deal Card to Project Complete
40. Click on "Contacts"
41. Confirm Automation Success
