How to Create a Request from the Command Center

This Article will walk you through how to create an appointment request via the command center using the new Create Request button.

Use the "Create Request" button on Deal Cards to request an estimate for a lead without scheduling an appointment immediately. This moves the lead to "Estimate Requested" status and adds it to the Appointments page where it can be reviewed and scheduled later.

1. From any stage BEFORE Estimate Requested (Cold Leads, Warm Leads, or Custom stage) click on the Deal name to open the Command Center.

The Deal Name is the name is bold at the top left of the Deal Card.

2. Click the "Create Request" button.

3. The Create Request modal will open.

This will allow you to complete am appointment request for the customer, as though they completed a booking form. Once complete, their deal card will move automatically to the Estimate Requested stage and Request will be created on the Appointments page to be scheduled when you are ready.

4. Complete the form by entering or editing the Job Address, as needed.

5. Next, add details regarding the type of service being scheduled.

6. Next, select a preferred date for the appointment.

7. Then, select what time of day works best for the customer.

8. Click on Submit

9. On your Sales Pipeline, the Deal Card will automatically move to the Estimate Requested stage.

10. When you're ready to schedule, go to Appointments.

11. Find the Customer's Request and click on the "Schedule" button to schedule the appointment.
