You must have the Custom Email Domain connected in your Company Settings > Email Settings, to have this feature available
1. Click on the Deal Name
2. Click on "Send Email"
3. Fill the Information You Want Your Customer to Receive
4. Click on "Send"
This customer is the only one who is going to receive this unique email
