Managing Your Notes Section in the Proposals

In this article, you will learn how to manage your notes section in the proposals.

1. Click On "Proposals"

2. Click On The Proposal You Want To Open

Click On The Proposal You Want To Open


3. Scroll Down To The Proposal Settings And Click On The "Notes" Tab

4. Here You Will Find Three Different Types Of Notes

Crew Notes, Client Notes, And Company Notes. Each One Has A Specific Purpose.

Once the Project is completed you can't make changes to the notes

5. Click On "Add"

6. Type Your Note And Click On "Save"

For Example, You Can Write: “Crew Must Bring Extra Equipment For Installation.” This Note Will Only Be Visible To Your Team Members, Not The Client.

7. Now Here You Can See The Note You Added

8. Now Click On "Add" In Client Notes

9. Type Your Note And Click On "Save"

Or Example, You Can Write: “Please Confirm The Color Option Before Approval.” This Note Will Be Visible To The Client Inside The Proposal.

10. Now Click On "Add" In The Company Notes Section

Now Click On "Add" In The Company Notes Section


11. Type Your Note And Click On "Save"

For Example, You Can Write: “Approved Discount Of 10% Applied By Manager.” This Note Is Only For Internal Company Use And Will Not Be Shared With The Client.

12. Now Here You Can See The Notes You Added In Each Section

Crew Notes will appear on the Work Order

Client Notes will appear on the Proposal

Company Notes are for internal view only
