1. Click On "Proposals"

2. Click On The Proposal You Want To Open

Click On The Proposal You Want To Open

3. Scroll Down To The Proposal Settings And Click On The "Activity Log" Tab

4. Click On "Load Activity Log"

Click On "Load Activity Log"

5. Here You Can See The Date, The Type Of Activity, The Details Of The Change, And The User Who Performed It.
