Allow Customer Change Requests

In this article, you will learn how to allow your customer make change requests.

​1. Click on "Proposals"

2. Select the Proposal

Select the Proposal

3. Go to "Proposal Settings" and Enable the "Allow Customer Change Requests" Button

Go to "Proposal Settings" and Enable the "Allow Customer Change Requests" Button

4. Click on Send Proposal

By doing this you'll be able to see this from the customer view

Check if the Proposal Has Already Been Sent

5. Your Customers Will Click on "Request Changes"

7. They Will Type What They May Be Needing

8. They Will Click on "Send Change Request"

They Will Click on "Send Change Request"

9. See How the Change Request Has Been Sent

You'll be the one receiving this change request as a notification, and you can always refresh the proposal to find it

10. This Is How the Change Request Is Gonna Appear for You

You can always decide if confirm it, if you actually want/can make this change, or you can click on "resolve" if you already made the change your customer requested
