1. Click on "Jobs Pipeline"
2. Click on the Three Dots
3. Click on "View Proposal"
4. Click on "New Change Order"
5. Select What Would You Like to Add
6. Select the Product or Add a New One From Here
7. Click on "Save"
8. See This Change Order Appearing
9. From Here, Select What Would You Like to Do With This Change Order
Add Item: Allows you to include a new product/service, or line item into the proposal.
Send Change Order: Sends a formal change order to the customer if you need to adjust something in the original proposal (they would decide if accept it or not).
Mark as Accepted: Lets you manually mark the change order as accepted, without waiting for the customer to do it.
Delete: Permanently removes the change order you’re working on.
