Drips are automated follow-up messages that are triggered when your client is in a certain stage of the pipeline. They’re designed to keep the conversation going with your leads or clients. For example, a drip can go out a few days after sending a proposal to remind them to review it, or it can be used to capture a new lead’s attention and start building that relationship.

Templates, on the other hand, are one-time messages you send manually or that are tied to a specific action. These include the message that goes out when you send a proposal, or the message a client receives when booking an appointment. Templates are built for those single, intentional interactions.
