You can start a new conversation from the DripJobs Chat App or from the Sales Pipeline
1. Find And Open The Dripjobs Chat App
2. Click On The Magnifying Glass To Search For The Contact With Whom We Want To Start A Chat
3. Type The Name And Click On The Contact
4. Now We Can Start The Chat
We Can Also See And Choose Default Messages Or Templates Or Write The Message We Want
5. Now We Have The Message Ready To Send
6. And Now We Can See The Message Sent Here
Sales Pipeline
Now We Will Go To Dripjobs Web And Click On "Sales Pipeline"
8. Click On The Deal Card You Want To Open
9. Click On "Chat"
10. Type The Message You Want To Send
11. Click On The Send Button
12. Now We Can See The Sent Message And Continue Interacting With The Client
Remember That In Order To Use The Chat, There Must Be A Previous Interaction In Dripjobs (Like Sending A Proposal Or Invoice). Otherwise, The Chat Will Not Load.
13. Now Let’s Go To Chats. From The Desktop, You Can Also Access All Your Active Chats By Clicking On "Chats" In The Left Menu
14. Here You Will See All Your Chat Conversations
Simply Click On The One You Want To Open To Continue The Conversation
15. Here You Can Type Your Message And Send It To The Customer. On The Left Side Of The Text Box, You Can Also Attach Files If Needed
