Each Email Event Shows Its Status, Such As Processed, Opened, Viewed, Or Accepted. These Labels Indicate What Happened With The Email, For Example If It Was Successfully Sent, Opened By The Customer, Or Accepted.
4. Now We Can See The Invoice Events
Each Invoice Event Displays Its Status, Such As Processed, Viewed, Or Delivered, Allowing You To Track The Customer’s Interaction With The Invoice
5. Here We Can See The Proposal Events
Proposal Events Show Different Statuses Such As Accepted (With Or Without Signature), Rejected, Or Processed. In This Example, We Also See A Blue Status “Viewed,” Which Indicates That The Customer Has Opened The Proposal, Even If They Have Not Accepted Or Rejected It Yet
6. And We Can See The SMS Message Events
SMS Events Typically Show As Delivered, Indicating That The Text Message Was Successfully Sent To The Customer. This Helps Track Communication Outside Of Emails Or Proposals.
