2. These Are Going to Be the Filters You Can Use

These are the available filters for invoices:

  • Search: This field allows you to look up invoices by entering any exact detail such as a client name, invoice number, or other specific information.

  • All: From this dropdown, you can choose whether you want to view all invoices or only those that are Paid, Open, or Partially Paid. By default, it shows all invoices.

  • Type: This filter lets you specify the criteria you want to use for your search. The available options are:

    • Amount: Filter invoices based on the total invoice amount.

    • Paid: Filter invoices by the amount that has already been paid.

    • Balance: Filter invoices by the remaining balance still due.

  • Is (=, <, >): Once you’ve selected the type, this filter lets you refine it further. For example, you can search for invoices where the Amount is equal to, less than, or greater than a specific number.

  • Amount field: Here you can type the exact value to filter by. For example, if you select "Amount" and choose ">", you could enter 500 to view all invoices greater than 500.

  • Search and Clear: The Search button runs the filter based on your selections, while the Clear button resets all filters so you can start again.
