You Cannot Directly Add A New Keyword. Each Template Already Comes With A Set Of Predefined Keywords That You Can Use Depending On The Type Of Template. If You Want A New Keyword, You Can Submit A Suggestion Through The Suggest A Feature Option. Our Team Will Review It And, If Approved, It Will Be Added To The System.
1. Click On "Company Settings"
2. Click On "Templates"
3. For Example, When Sending A Proposal, You Can Use Keywords Like {Customer-name} To Automatically Insert The Client’s Name.
Below The Editor, You Will See A “Keywords Box” Showing All The Available Keywords That Can Be Included In Your Proposal
4. Now Click On "Drips"
5. Click On Any Drip, For Example “4 Hour Follow Up”, To Open And Edit The Message
6. Here We Can Also See The Keywords Used For This Email, As Well As The Box Showing All Available Keywords
Remember You Can Include These Keywords In Any Email Or SMS
7. Now To Submit A Request, Go To Your Profile And Click On It
8. Click On "Suggest a Feature"
9. You Will Be Taken To A New Tab, Where You Can Click On “Create A New Post” To Submit Your Request
10. Here You Can Create Your Post To Request A New Keyword. Add A Title, Describe Your Suggestion, And Provide Any Details About The Keyword You’d Like Added. Once Done, Click On “Submit Post” And Our Team Will Review Your Request
