How Can I See the Dimensions of an Accepted Proposal?

​Once A Proposal Has Been Accepted, The Original Dimensions Cannot Be Viewed Or Edited Anymore. This Is Because The Proposal Becomes Locked To Keep Records Accurate. However, You Can Still See The Dimensions By Duplicating The Proposal Into A Draft Version. In This Article, You Will See Step-By-Step How To Do That.

1. Click On "Jobs Pipeline"

2. Click On The Deal Card You Want To Open

3. Click On "Proposals / Jobs"

4. Click On The Proposal You Want To Open

5. Suppose This Is The Area Item (For Example, “Master Bedroom”) That You Want To See The Dimensions For.

6. In The Accepted Proposal, You Can Click On The Area Name, But The Dimensions Will Not Be Visible

Now We Can See The Dimensions Of The Area. By Entering The Three Main Fields — Length, Width, And Height — The System Automatically Calculates The Values Below For Linear Ft, Walls (Sqft), Ceiling (Sqft), And Floor (Sqft).
