They work together to simplify how you build and send proposals, but they each serve a different purpose.

  • Products/Services are the individual items you sell. These can represent specific tasks, materials, or services your business provides. Each entry can be categorized, marked as taxable, and assigned details such as type or SKU. They act as your internal catalog and can be reused across multiple proposals.

  • Proposal Templates are pre-built frameworks that combine Products/Services into ready-to-send packages. Within a template, you can set deposit requirements, organize line items, structure the proposal and set the tabs appearing to be consistent every time. This saves time and ensures accuracy when creating new proposals.
