When a Proposal is archived, it shows up under the customer's Contact information as Cancelled. No Drips or further communication will go out to the client.
1. Click On "Sales Pipeline"
2. Click On The Deal Card With The Desired Proposal To Archive
3. Now Click On The Three Dots
4. Click On "Archive"
5. Click on "Yes, archive it!"
6. The Deal Will Show Up as 'Cancelled' Under Deals in the Customer’s Contact Information
Marking A Proposal As Rejected Initiates A Drip Sequence Trying To Re-engage The Customer.
7. Click On The Three Dots On The Card Containing The Proposal You Want To Move To The Rejected Stage And Click On "Advance Deal" Or Simply Drag It To The Stage
8. In Either Case You Will See This Tab, You Just Need To Check The Stage You Want To Move It To
9. And You Can Also To Disable The Drip Sequence If You Wish
10. And Click On "Move"
11. And Now You Can See It In Proposals) Rejected Stage
12.You Can View Or Edit The Proposal Rejected Re-engagement Drip Sequence By Going To Drips Under Management And Opening The Rejected Stage
The key difference is in the intention:
Archiving closes the proposal completely with no further follow-up.
Rejecting keeps the door open by automatically starting a re-engagement sequence.
