Administrator Account Access
An administrator will have access to every deal, Company Settings, and all options under the Management section of the DripJobs Account.
Salesperson and Project Manager Account Access
Salespeople and Project Managers will only have access to deals and appointments or jobs they are assigned to. They cannot access Company Settings, the Management portion of the account, or schedule appointments/jobs.
Note: If a Salesperson or Project Manager Attempt to Access Company Settings, They Will See the Screen Below
Assigning Deals to Salespeople and Project Managers
1. Click on the Pencil Icon
2. Scroll Down and Select the Salesperson and Project Manager Preferred
Assigning Appointments to Salespeople
From Sales Pipeline
1. Click on "New Appointment", Then Click on "On-Site Estimate"
2. Click on "Assign To" and Select the One Preferred
Assigning Appointments to Salespeople
From the Appointments Calendar
1. Click on "New Appointment", Then Click on "On-Site Estimate"
2. Click on "Sales Person" and the Select the One Preferred
Click on "Schedule" at the bottom
Assigning Jobs to Project Managers
1. Find the Job and Click on "Schedule"
2. Click on "Project Manager" and Select the One Preferred
Click on "Schedule" at the bottom
