There are mainly 3 user levels in DripJobs:
Administrator
Full access to all menu tabs and settings.
Can see all conversations, emails, and metrics.
Salesperson
Only sees deals and appointments assigned to them.
No access to settings and cannot schedule jobs.
Project Manager
Only sees jobs assigned to them.
No access to settings and cannot schedule jobs.
So admins have full control, while salespeople and project managers only see what's assigned to them.
Administrator Account Access
All Menu Tabs Will Be Shown
Sales, Jobs, Daily Operations, Documents
Financials, Marketing, Resources
All Settings Options Will Be Shown
Salesperson and Project Manager Account Access
Salespeople and Project Managers will only have access to deals and appointments or jobs they are assigned to.
They cannot access Settings, they will only see the options below and won't be able to schedule appointments/jobs for the deals that were not previously assigned to them.
Note: If a Salesperson or Project Manager Attempt to Access Company Settings, They Will See the Screen Below
Job Costing Role Access
This person will have access to all proposals, because these can have job costing stated on them. All deals here will show to this role
Job costing and Jobs Costing settings will now show, for the person who is assigned to work with it
Chat Role Access
This user will now have access to the chat tab on the left side menu. Only users with this role will be able to chat with customers. They will also have access to deals in order to have context on what to text
Branch Admin Access
Branch Admin access will let you jump between accounts inside of DripJobs, so you don't have to log out each time
This will only be possible once you let us know you want to do branch between your companies, so we work on allowing it to you and let you know it is activated
