If you're trying to add an area, a category, a substrate, or a product and your production rates tab on your proposals starts loading and never stops, so it keeps on spinning, this is what you'll need to do
1. Click on 'Production Rates'
2. Click on 'Substrates'
3. Confirm That Each Category Has Its Own Substrate
4. Confirm That Each Substrate Has Its Own Default Product
5. N/A Under a Default Product for Substrates Will Provoke This Issue
HOW TO FIX IT
1. Click on 'Products'
2. Click on 'Add Product'
3. Add It as 'No Product' for Better Guidance
Make sure to add $0 value to it
4. Click on 'Save'
5. See Your New Product Shows Now
6. Click on 'Substrates'
7. Click on the Pencil Icon for the Substrate Missing Its Product
8. Select 'No Product' from the Dropdown
9. Click on 'Save'
10. Everything Should Work as Expected Now as All Substrates Will Be Having a Default Product
