1. Use The Dripjobs Search Function To Locate The Customer.

2. You Can Type In The Customer's First Or Last Name, Email, Or Phone Number To Find Them

3. Click On "Search"

4. Find The Customer's Name In The Dropdown And Click It To Open The Deal Command Center

It Should Show The Deal As Cancelled Beside Their Name As Well.

5. Now The Command Center Will Open Where You Will See All The Information About The Deal, Including The Stage Where It Was Before Canceling

6. Now Click On "Re-Open"

7. Clicking There Will Take Us To The Deal Proposal, So Now We Can Go To The Jobs Pipeline, Which Is Where Our Deal Is

8. And Now We Can See It In The Same Stage That We Saw Previously In The Command Center, Now You Can Edit It As Needed Or Move It From Stage To Stage
