1. Go To the Top Right Of Your Screen
Depending on your needs, select either "New Proposal" or "New Appointment"
If you need to schedule an Appointment to visit their location, select "New Appointment"
If the On-Site Visit is not required, then select "New Proposal"
If You Need To Create a New Proposal
2. Click on "New Proposal"
3. Click on "New Contact"
4. A Drop Down Menu Will Be Displayed - Search For the Existing Customer
5. See the Already Known Information Appearing
6. You Can Change the Job Address That Was Saved Before
7. Click on "Start"
8. A New Deal Card Will Be Created Under "In Draft"
If You Need To Schedule a New Appointment
1. Click on "New Appointment"
2. Click on "On-Site Estimate"
3. Enter the Appointment Details
4. Locate Contact Information and Click on "New Contact"
5. A Drop Down Menu Will Be Displayed - Search For the Existing Customer
6. Locate Contact Information and Click on "New Contact"
7. Click on "Schedule"
8. A New Deal Card Will Be Created Under Estimate Scheduled
