Duplicate Submissions
The same person cannot fill out the booking form more than once using the same details. If you are testing the form, you’ll need to use a different name, email, and phone number each time. Otherwise, the system will block the submission to avoid duplicates
Banner Notification
When a duplicate submission is attempted, you should see a yellow banner at the top of the form explaining that the information has already been submitted. You can test this by filling out the booking form directly from DripJobs with the same details
Domain Restrictions
If you do not see the yellow banner on your website (but you do see it when testing directly in DripJobs), the issue is likely related to your domain restrictions or setup. In this case, it is not a DripJobs issue, and you will need to review this with your website provider
