This happens when you create a proposal directly from the Sales Pipeline by clicking the “New Proposal” button. In this case, the proposal is generated independently and is not linked to any appointment in your calendar. If you want your proposal to be tied to a scheduled appointment, make sure to create it from inside the appointment itself. That way, the proposal will automatically be connected to the booking.
1. Click On "Sales Pipeline"
2. Click On "New Proposal"
3. Here You Fill In The Necessary Information And Click On "Start"
4. Now We Have Here The Deal Of The Created Proposal
5. Click On "Appointments"
6. Now Here We Can See That No Appointment Is Generated From The New Proposal
Since The Proposal Was Created Directly From The Sales Pipeline, It Exists Independently And Is Not Linked To Any Scheduled Appointment.
7. Click On "Sales Pipeline" Again
8. Now Let’s Generate A Proposal For An Already Scheduled Appointment. In This Case, The Deal Already Has An Appointment But No Proposal Yet, So We Will Create One Directly From That Booking. This Way, The Proposal Will Be Automatically Linked To The Appointment
9. Click On "New Proposal"
10. Here You Can Make A Proposal From Scratch Or Choose A Template
11. We Fill In The Information And Click On "Start"
12. Click On "Appointments"
13. Click On "Appointments"
14. And Here Is The Appointment Schedule Linked To Our New Proposal
