When managing your data, it’s important to understand the difference between Delete and Archive, as both actions serve very different purposes.

Archiving is a temporary decision. When you archive an item, it is simply removed from the main view but can always be recovered. After archiving, you’ll see a green confirmation message at the top of the screen. This message tells you where and how to recover the archived item in case you need it later. Archiving helps keep your workspace organized without permanently losing any information.

Deleting, on the other hand, is a permanent action. Once you click on delete, it cannot be undone or recovered. Before proceeding, make sure to carefully review the warning messages that appear on the screen to confirm that you truly want to delete the item.

In short:

  • Archive = temporarily hide or store an item (can be recovered).

  • Delete = permanently remove an item (cannot be recovered).

Always double-check before deleting to avoid losing valuable information.
