¿Cómo Marcar Un Ítem Como Opcional?

1. Haga Clic En "Proposals"

Click On "Proposals"

2. Haga Clic En La Propuesta Que Desea Abrir

Click On The Proposal You Want To Open

3. Haga Clic En "Add Item"

Click On "Add Item"

4. Haga Clic En "Select A Product Or Service..."

Click On Select A Product Or Service...

5. Aquí Podrá Ver La Información, Descripción, Cantidad Y Precio Del Producto O Servicio Si Es Un Ítem Existente

Here You Can See The Product Or Service Information, Description, Quantity, And Price If It Is An Existing Item

6. Active El Toggle "Optional Item" Si Desea Marcar Este Ítem Como Opcional En La Propuesta

Enable the toggle ‘Optional Item’ if you want to mark this item as optional in the proposal.

7. Haga Clic En "Save"

Click On "Save

8. El Ítem Ahora Aparecerá En La Sección De Optional Items

The Item Now Appears Under The Optional Items Section

9. Para Agregar Múltiples Ítems Como Opcionales, Haga Clic En "Add Multiple Items"

Now, To Add Multiple Items As Optional, Click "Add Multiple Items".

10. Seleccione Los Servicios O Ítems Que Desea Agregar Como Opcionales

Check The Services Or Items You Want To Add As Optional

11. Establezca El Precio Del Ítem Opcional

Set The Price For The Optional Item.

12. Marque La Casilla De "Optional Item" Si Desea Marcar Este Producto O Servicio Como Opcional

Check on

13. Habrá Una Alerta Indicando Que Debe Agregar Al Menos Un Ítem No Opcional

There is an alert indicating that at least one non-optional item must be added.

14. Haga Clic En "Add Items Non-Optional…"

Click on Add Items Non-Optional…

15. Haga Clic En "Save"

Click On "Save"

16.Ahora Podrá Ver El Ítem De Línea Y Los Ítems Opcionales Incluidos En La Propuesta

Now You Can See The Line Item And The Optional Items Included In The Proposal.
