¿Cuáles Son Las Diferencias Entre Los Line Items Y Los Optional Items?

Antes De Empezar, Debe Saber:

Line Items → Ítems principales que son parte de la propuesta. Siempre se incluyen en el cálculo total (Cantidad, Precio, Subtotal, Impuestos, Total).
Optional Items → Ítems adicionales o extras que puede ofrecer al cliente. Solo se agregan al total si el cliente los aprueba.

1. Haga Clic En "Proposals"

Click On "Proposals"

2. Haga Clic En La Propuesta Que Desea Abrir

Click On The Proposal You Want To Open

3. Haga Clic En "Add Item"

Para Agregar Un Line Item a La Propuesta

Click On "Add Item"

4. . Haga Clic En "Select A Product Or Service..."

Click on Select a product or service...

5. Aquí Podrá Ver La Información, Descripción, Cantidad Y Precio Del Producto O Servicio Si Es Un Ítem Existente

Here You Can See The Product Or Service Information, Description, Quantity, And Price If It Is An Existing Item

6. Haga Clic En "Save"

Click On "Save"

7.Ahora, Para Agregar Un Optional Item a La Propuesta, Haga Clic En "Add Optional Item"

Now, To Add An Optional Item To The Proposal, Click "Add Optional Item"

8. Haga Clic En "Select A Product Or Service..."

Click On Select A Product or Service...

9.Aquí Podrá Ver La Información, Descripción, Cantidad Y Precio Del Producto O Servicio Agregado.

Here You Can See Product Or Service Information, Description, Quantity, And Price Of The Added Product Or Service.

10. Click On "Save"

Click on Save

11.Haga Clic En "Save"

Observe Que El Optional Item No Está Incluido En El Total Todavía, Ya Que No Ha Sido Aprobado Por El Cliente.

Now You Can See The Line Item And The Optional Item Added, Along With Their Costs.

12. Haga Clic En "Customer View" Para Visualizar La Propuesta Tal Como La Verá El Cliente

Click On "Customer View" To Visualize The Proposal As The Client Will See It

13. Aquí Podrá Ver La Propuesta. Si Se Desplaza Hacia Abajo, Encontrará Los Line Items Y Los Optional Items Agregados

14. Aquí Podrá Ver El Line Item Y Su Descripción

Now You Can See The Line Item And Its Description

15. Aquí Podrá Ver Los Optional Items Agregados Con Su Descripción Y Precio

Recuerde: Estos Solo Se Incluirán En El Total Si El Cliente Los Aprueba.

Now you can see the optional items added with their description and price.

16. Haga Clic En "Add" Para Incluir El Optional Item En La Propuesta

Click on "Add" to include the optional item in the proposal.

17. Haga Clic En "Delete" Si Desea Eliminar El Optional Item De La Propuesta

Click Delete If You Want To Remove The Optional Item From The Proposal.

18. Ahora Podrá Ver El Optional Item Agregado Y Reflejado En El Total

También Podrá Ver El Monto Total De Los Optional Items Agregados.

Now you can see the optional item added and reflected in the total.
