1. Click on 'Production Rates'
2. Click on 'Substrates'
3. Find the Default Substrate You'd Like to Change
4. Click on Edit Category
5. Click over Default Substrate and Select the Desired One
6. Click on Save
7. See the New Default Substrate Appearing
