1. Click on 'Production Rates'
2. Click on 'Substrates'
3. Scroll Down to Your Area Substrates
4. Check the Default Product You'd Like to Change
5. Click on the Pencil Icon to Edit It
6. Select Your Desired Default Product
7. Click on 'Save'
