Why My Contacts Doesn't Sync with QuickBooks?

This can only happen for two different reasons

  • The contact already exists on QuickBooks so the system understands it's duplicated

  • If the assigned deal is not on the Jobs Pipeline yet, as no invoice has been created, the contact won't sync
