DAILY OPERATIONS
Tools used to manage day-to-day activity within DripJobs. Inside this section, you’ll find:
Appointments: A centralized calendar view of all scheduled appointments, including estimates, on-site visits, and meetings.
Chat: Access to conversations and messages related to ongoing operations and customer communication.
Tasks: A task management area where assigned tasks, follow-ups, and internal to-dos are tracked.
DOCUMENTS
Files related to billing and customer-facing paperwork. Inside this section, you’ll find:
Invoices: All invoices created in the system, including their status and payment details.
Proposals: This section is expanded into three sub-sections:
Proposals: All proposals created for customers, including drafts, cancelled proposals, sent proposals, and accepted/rejected proposals.
Templates: Proposal templates used to standardize services, pricing, and layouts.
Financing: Financing options linked to proposals, allowing you to see current statuses
FINANCIALS
Tools related to job profitability, costing, and performance tracking. Inside this section, you’ll find:
Job Costing: Simplifies the process of monitoring labor and project expenses, facilitating seamless calculation of job profitability.
Production Rates: Helps you accurately estimate labor cost & materials for painting projects.
Metrics: Performance and financial metrics that provide insights into profitability, efficiency, and overall business performance.
MARKETING
Customer communication and outreach. Inside this section, you’ll find:
Activity: A log of marketing and communication-related activity across your account.
Blast: Tools to send bulk email campaigns to selected groups of contacts.
