3. Click on 'Download Template'

Your contacts CSV file column titles must match the template downloaded and should not include additional columns. Make sure to always have First/Last name, phone number, email address, and lead source filled so our system recognizes the contact and accepts it.

Import Limit: You can run as many imports as you need, but each import can include a maximum of 1,000 contacts. For best results, we recommend keeping each file under 800 contacts. If your CSV has more than 1,000 records, split it into multiple files and import them one at a time.

Recommended: Run a Test Import First. Before importing your full list, import a small test file with 5 to 10 contacts. This lets you confirm the information is landing in the right fields in DripJobs and catch any issues before a bulk import. If something isn't right, it's much easier to delete 5 or 10 contacts than 500 or 1,000.
