1. Subscription Terms

All DripJobs subscriptions are month-to-month and automatically renew on your billing date until canceled. By subscribing, you authorize DripJobs to charge your payment method on file for each billing cycle until you submit a valid cancellation request.

2. How to Cancel

You may submit a cancellation request through any of the following channels:

  • Live Chat within your DripJobs account

  • Direct message to your assigned Customer Success representative

Cancellation Request Requirements

Your cancellation request must include:

  1. A clear, explicit statement of intent to cancel (e.g., "Please cancel my DripJobs subscription")

  2. The email address associated with your account

  3. The business name on the account

What does NOT constitute a valid cancellation request:

  • Statements of dissatisfaction or non-usage (e.g., "I'm not really using it anymore")

  • Requests for information about canceling

  • Removing payment methods from your account

  • Uninstalling the app or stopping login activity

  • Verbal mentions during unrelated support conversations

DripJobs reserves the right to request verification of account ownership before processing any cancellation.

3. When Cancellation Takes Effect

All cancellations take effect at the end of your current paid billing cycle.

  • You will retain full access to DripJobs until that date

  • No partial or prorated refunds will be issued for unused time within a billing period

  • No additional charges will occur after your cancellation effective date

Example: If your billing date is the 15th and you cancel on the 20th, your subscription remains active until the 15th of the following month. Your final charge was the one on the 15th.

4. Refund Policy

DripJobs subscriptions are non-refundable.

Once a billing cycle has been charged, that payment is final. This includes:

  • Monthly subscription fees

  • Annual subscription fees

  • Add-on services or features

  • Setup or onboarding fees (if applicable)

Limited Exceptions

Refunds may be considered at DripJobs' sole discretion in the following circumstances:

  1. Documented technical failure — A verified platform outage or bug that prevented you from accessing core functionality for a significant portion of your billing cycle, AND you reported the issue to support during the affected period

  2. Duplicate charges — Accidental double-billing due to a system error

  3. Billing after valid cancellation — You submitted a compliant cancellation request before your billing date but were charged due to a processing error on our end

Refund requests must be submitted in writing to support@dripjobs.com within 7 days of the charge in question and must include documentation supporting your claim.

The following are NOT eligible for refunds:

  • Failure to use the platform

  • Forgetting to cancel before a billing cycle

  • Dissatisfaction with features or results

  • Business closure or change in circumstances

  • Disputes over value received

  • Chargebacks filed without first contacting DripJobs support

5. Free Trial Terms

If you signed up for a free trial:

  • Your trial period length is specified at signup

  • You will receive a reminder before your trial ends

  • Your payment method will be charged automatically when the trial expires unless you cancel before that date

  • Trial cancellations must follow the same process outlined in Section 2

  • No refunds will be issued for charges that occur after a trial converts to a paid subscription

6. Multiple Accounts

If you operate multiple DripJobs accounts, each account is treated as a separate subscription with its own billing cycle and cancellation requirements.

When requesting cancellation, you must specify:

  • Which account(s) you wish to cancel (by business name AND email)

  • Whether you want to retain any accounts

Failure to clearly identify the correct account(s) may result in processing delays. DripJobs is not responsible for continued billing on accounts that were not explicitly included in your cancellation request.

7. Account Status After Cancellation

Upon cancellation:

  • Your account will be set to inactive at the end of your billing cycle

  • Your data will be retained for 90 days in case you choose to reactivate

  • After 90 days, your data could be permanently deleted in accordance with our data retention policy

  • You may request immediate data deletion by contacting support (this is irreversible)

Reactivation is available at any time by contacting support or resubscribing through the platform.

8. Chargebacks & Disputes

If you file a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or credit card company without first attempting to resolve the issue directly with DripJobs:

  • Your account will be immediately suspended

  • You will forfeit any potential refund eligibility

  • DripJobs reserves the right to pursue collection of any disputed amounts plus associated fees

  • Your account may be permanently terminated and flagged to prevent future signups

We strongly encourage you to contact support@dripjobs.com before initiating any payment dispute.

9. Modifications to This Policy

DripJobs reserves the right to modify this policy at any time. Changes will be posted to our website and/or communicated via email. Continued use of the platform after policy changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
