Important: This enabling process must be completed through Company Settings. Reminders may appear active on your Reminders tab, but they won't be fully enabled unless you follow these steps.
Note: This only affects new appointments. For existing appointments, you'll need to delete and reschedule them.
If You're About to Schedule an Appointment/Job But This Following Message Appears, Do the Following
1. Click on 'Settings'
2. Click on 'Company Settings'
3. Click on 'App Settings'
4. See How Your Reminders Appear Disabled
5. Make Sure to Enable It
6. Click on 'Save'
7. Click on 'Appointments'
8. Click on 'Schedule'
9. See How Your Reminders Appear Enabled Already
