Jobi AI is DripJobs' built-in artificial intelligence assistant designed to help you communicate more effectively and efficiently with your customers. This powerful feature analyzes your deal data and generates personalized follow-up messages, saving you time while improving your customer communication.


Overview

Jobi AI includes two main features:

  1. Deal Intelligence – Get instant analysis and insights about any deal in your pipeline

  2. Communications Assistant – Generate AI-powered follow-up texts and emails with one click


Deal Intelligence

Deal Intelligence gives you a comprehensive snapshot of any deal by analyzing all available customer data. This is especially valuable for larger deals or when you need a quick refresher on where things stand.

How to Use Deal Intelligence

  1. Open any deal in your pipeline

  2. Click on the Deal Intelligence button

  3. Click "Generate Deal Analysis"

What You'll See

The Deal Intelligence panel displays:

  • AI Summary – A brief description of the project and key details

  • Lead Score – How likely this deal is to close

  • Sentiment – The overall tone of your customer communication

  • Red Flags – Potential issues or concerns to address

  • Opportunities – Ways to move the deal forward

  • Days in Pipeline – How long this deal has been active


Communications Assistant

The Communications Assistant generates personalized follow-up messages based on your entire communication history with a customer. It creates multiple options for both text messages and emails, each scored for effectiveness.

How It Works

When generating messages, Jobi AI analyzes:

  • Chat History – All text message conversations with the customer

  • Deal Notes – Any notes you've added to the deal (voicemails, conversations, etc.)

  • Proposals – The details of any proposals you've sent

  • Company Notes – Notes added within your proposals

Using the Communications Assistant

  1. Open a deal and navigate to the Jobi AI section

  2. Click to generate communication suggestions

  3. Review the generated options – each is scored (e.g., 7/10, 8/10, 9/10)

  4. Choose your preferred message and click Send, or Copy to customize

Tips for Best Results

  • Keep your notes updated – The more information in your deal (notes, proposals, chat history), the better the AI suggestions will be

  • Add company notes to proposals – These details help Jobi AI understand the context of each project

  • Use the regenerate option – Not happy with the suggestions? Click regenerate for new options

  • Review before sending – While Jobi AI generates excellent messages, always give them a quick review to ensure they fit your voice
