How To Edit The Receipt Email Template For Invoices

1. Click on "Company Settings"

2. Click on "Templates"

3. Navigate Templates Options and Select "Receipt Email"

Navigate Template selections and select "Receipt Email"


4. You Can Edit Your Email Details to Be Sent to the Client

The general template applies to all invoices by default, but the receipt email can also be edited on a per-invoice basis for one-off customizations. It's recommended to update the general template if the change should apply to all future receipts.

You can edit your email details to be sent to the client


5. Make Your Changes and Click on "Save"
