1. On Your Proposal, Go to "Packages"

2. Click on "Add Item"

3. Name the Item "Discount"

4. Select Whether the Discount is for a Product or Service

5. Enter the Discount Amount as a Negative Number

Enter the discount amount as a negative number

6. Click on "Save"
