1. Click on "Contacts"
2. Identify the Two Contacts Whose Notifications are Getting Mixed Up
3. Open One of the Affected Contact Records.
Edit the first name or last name slightly to make it distinct from the other or use a nickname
In this example, you can see that a dash (-) was used to separate two First Names.
4. Confirm the Names are No Longer Identical or Near-Identical
5. Re-test by Triggering a Follow-Up or Drip to Verify Notifications are Now Routing Correctly to Each Contact Separately
