JOBS WON
A Job Won is a project that moved from being a proposal or quote into a confirmed, billable job within the period you're looking at. In other words, it's the metric that tells the user how many jobs were actually closed, not how many were quoted or are still in negotiation.
What's interesting about this modal is that DripJobs doesn't just give you the total number (21 in this case), it breaks it down by how that job was won, because not every "Won" job gets there the same way.
What Counts as a Job Won?
Signed Accepted Proposal — These are the ideal cases: the customer accepted the proposal and also signed it digitally. It's the "cleanest" way to win a job because there's formal evidence of acceptance. In the following example, 20 of the 21 (95%) fall into this category, which is a good sign that most of your closes are going through the proper flow.
Accepted Proposal WithOut Signature — Here the customer accepted the proposal (for example, giving a verbal go-ahead, approving by email, or marking it as accepted in the system), but without going through the digital signature flow. It still counts as a job won because there was clear acceptance, just without that signature backup.
In this case we have 1 (5%).
Manual Invoice Jobs — This category covers jobs marked as won because an invoice was generated manually, without going through the normal proposal → acceptance → signature flow. It's a way for the system to recognize sales or jobs handled outside the standard funnel (for example, a repeat customer you simply invoice directly).
In this case we have zero (0%).
Percentages are based on the main total, so 20 out of 21 gives you 95,2%
