CLOSING RATIO

CLOSING RATIO

What's Your Closing Ratio?

Compares proposals that were qualified within the selected period against how many of that same group ended up accepted. These proposals have to be sent and accepted during the same period, if it's accepted after it, then it'd be counted as a Job Won inside the following period

This metric looks only at proposals qualified or closed inside the chosen timeframe. Jobs Won, by contrast, adds up every accepted proposal no matter when it was originally sent

Formula: Jobs Won (signed + accepted without signature + on site) ÷ Sent Total

SET RATE

SET RATE

What's Your Set Rate?

Tracks a single cohort: contacts created within the selected period, and how many of that same group went on to book an appointment.

Both the contact's creation date and the booking must fall within the selected period. If a contact was created before the selected range, they won't be counted here, even if the booking happened during it.

Formula: Appointments Booked (new) ÷ New Contacts Created
