  • Inbound — incoming replies from contacts

  • All — all email messages regardless of type

  • Drip Replies — replies triggered by drip sequences

  • Proposals — emails related to proposal sends

  • Invoices — emails related to invoice sends

  • Change Orders — emails related to change order sends

  • General — general email communications
