Find it under 'Daily Operations'
2. This Will Be Your Inbox
This is your main view for managing incoming email communications
3. Make Sure to Have 'Reply Routing On' Enabled
You can always enable this option from your email settings from company settings
4. Use the 'Compose' Button to Start a Brand New Email
5. Use the Search Bar to Find Messages by Contact, Subject, or Message Content.
6. Use the Salespeople Filter
7. Use the Status Filter
8. Use the category filters to sort messages by type
Inbound — incoming replies from contacts
All — all email messages regardless of type
Drip Replies — replies triggered by drip sequences
Proposals — emails related to proposal sends
Invoices — emails related to invoice sends
Change Orders — emails related to change order sends
General — general email communications
