Email reply visibility in DripJobs is determined automatically based on each user's assigned role, no manual filtering is needed. This article explains what each role can see and how to resolve missing conversation reports.


Who Can See What

Email replies in DripJobs are visible based on the user's assigned role:

  • Salespeople — can only see email replies for conversations assigned to them.

  • Project Managers — can only see email replies for conversations assigned to them.

  • Admins — have full visibility and can see all email replies across all users and conversations.


Troubleshooting Missing Conversations

If a salesperson or project manager reports that they cannot see a conversation, confirm that the relevant Deal is properly assigned to them. Since visibility is role-based and automatic, an unassigned Deal is the most common cause of missing email replies.
