Metrics: Overview

In this article, you will learn how the metrics look like and what can you find there.

Written by David Arteaga

Metrics turn raw activity into a clear picture of performance, letting you see results at a glance instead of piecing them together manually from individual records. They give you visibility into where things stand, the ability to compare performance across different time periods and spot trends, and concrete numbers to back up decisions, conversations, and reports. Just as importantly, they help you catch patterns or drops early, before they turn into bigger problems. In short, metrics don't just show numbers, they help you make faster, more informed decisions instead of relying on guesswork.
