Production Rates: Configure Your Portal Settings for Area Details on Proposals

1. Open a Proposal

2. Make Sure to Have Areas Added

Areas will only show if you have Productions Rates Add-on

Make Sure to Have Areas Added

3. Scroll Down Through the Proposal to Click on 'Production Rates'

4. Here You'll Find Your Portal Display

From here you'll be able to decide what to show on your customer's view regarding areas

You can always: hide internal substrate labels, hide total hours, hide hours on work orders, hide units, hide number of coats, hide material name, hide material price, hide labor, hide taxes, hide substrate price, hide area price and hide project details

6. From Portal Display, Let's Hide: Units, Material Price and Taxes

7. Click on 'Save'

Click on 'Save'

8. See How the Area Will Look Like Now

Make sure to refresh the customer view or re-open it to se all changes reflected

See how no units, material price or taxes shown now

Hiding doesn't mean deleting, so in this case, the taxes and materials will still be charged but no longer shown
